The Inn is a 90 year old Mansion in the Historic Maplehurst Park of downtown Knoxville, Tennessee. There are eleven distinctive bedroom accomodations and each room has a private Bath !!

The Tennessee River flows within a stone's throw from the backyard and we are within a two block walk of the Convention Center, the Courthouse, and City Hall.

Stroll to The Volunteer Landing waterfront to enjoy the scenery and stop to eat at Calhoun's on the water.

During late Summer, Maplehurst Inn offers the best seats to watch Boom's Day... The largest Labor Day fireworks display East of the Mississippi River !
